This patient had been missing upper left posterior teeth for an extended period. After careful evaluation and digital treatment planning, two implants were placed using a surgical guide in a minimally invasive manner. The implants were positioned with ideal spacing between each other and the adjacent teeth, providing the best outcome for long-term maintenance. The implants were restored three months later, giving the patient comfort and normal function once again.
